Mrigashirsha in the Shvetambara line, Jyeshtha in the Digambara. Both readings are old and internally consistent. We show both and crown neither.

Months are given in the purnimanta convention, the one Hemachandra uses. For a Krishna-paksha date the Gujarati amanta name is one month earlier; Shukla dates are the same in both.
All five of his kalyanakas fall in Mrigashirsha. The first four sharing one nakshatra is true of every Tirthankara without exception; about ten then shift for the nirvana, and he is not among them. See the kalyanaka calendar.
What the Texts Record
All five of his kalyanakas fall in Mrigashirsha, the pattern that holds across every Tirthankara for the first four events and, in his case, the fifth as well.
His diksha fell on a full moon, which is unusual in the set. The texts record 102 ganadharas, and a nirvana at Mount Sammeta with a thousand munis. At his birth Hemachandra writes that “the planets went to their high places.”
His name is traditionally explained by an event in his father’s reign: a famine ended and abundance returned with his conception, hence Sambhava, the arising.
