Sessions run Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 to 19:00 India time (IST). The first slot starts at 11:00 IST and the last one starts at 17:25 IST. Of the countries covered on this site, the UK has the easiest overlap with India: the whole window falls on a normal British day.

In practice, that means the IST weekend window lines up with a UK Saturday or Sunday from mid-morning through early afternoon. The later slots, closer to 17:25 IST, land around lunchtime in the UK, which most clients find the most convenient part of the window. The UK moves clocks back from British Summer Time to GMT in late October, a week or so before the US and Canada do. IST does not move, so from that point the UK time in the table shifts one hour earlier, as shown in the GMT row above.
