About this piece
A pack of two white plastic neti pots from Asbob. A neti pot is a small spouted vessel used for jala neti, the yogic practice of rinsing the nose with salt water.
The photos show a pot with a wide filling opening on top, a short spout and a smooth rounded body with the Asbob name moulded on the side. It is a plain plastic pot, light enough to travel with. It suits someone starting jala neti who wants a basic pot.
How it is used
In jala neti, salted water is poured in through one nostril and flows out of the other. Learn the method from a trained yoga teacher or doctor, and follow the instructions that come with the pot.
Looking after it
- Wash the pot after each use and let it dry.
