About this piece
A rangoli made from coloured MDF, a board made from pressed wood fibre by Shubh Decor. The photos show paisley and curved shapes in red, orange, green and yellow laid on a marble floor beside small lamps and marigold flowers.
The pieces are placed on the floor at a doorway or in a puja space as a ready alternative to a rangoli drawn with colour powder. The page we read gives no size or piece count.
How it is used
Rangoli is traditionally laid at the entrance of the house and in the puja area for festivals, especially Diwali, which falls on 8 November 2026. MDF pieces like these are placed on the floor and can be put away afterwards.
Looking after it
