About this book
Most editions of the Bhagavad Gita print 700 verses. This one, by Sunil Kumar Bhattacharjya and published by Parimal Publication (2014), says it is complete with 745 verses, including the rare ones. The text is in English and Sanskrit across 332 pages.
The cover shows Krishna and Arjuna on a cream ground. At 25 x 18 cm and 610 g it is a large hardcover. It suits a reader who wants to see the extra verses that some manuscripts carry.
How it is used
A reader can use it like any Gita, verse by verse, and look at the extra verses the title mentions. It also suits a library shelf as a reference edition.
