About this piece
These are hand rolled incense sticks in the sambrani fragrance, packed in a 120 g tall rectangular carton. The photos show an orange and gold box with a gold sun motif and four small circular symbols.
The seller says the sticks are made from a blend of natural resins, bound with cow's ghee and sandalwood paste, with no carbon or synthetic fragrance. The stick count was not on the page we read. It suits a home that already burns incense at the altar.
How it is used
Incense is commonly lit at a home shrine before puja, in a holder placed on a stable, non-flammable surface. Directions on the box are shown in the back photo.
Looking after it
- Store in a cool, dry place with the carton closed.
