About this piece
These agarbatti carry a chandan, or sandalwood, fragrance. The seller says they are rolled from sandalwood powder and natural essential oils in the traditional Indian way.
Each pack holds 30 sticks, and the seller gives about one hour of burn time per stick. The photos show the dark sticks tied beside a red pack, and one stick in a small wooden holder next to a piece of sandalwood. They suit daily puja or a prayer corner at home.
How it is used
The seller says one stick is plenty for a closed puja room. Light the tip, let the flame catch, blow it out and let the ember burn. Use a holder that catches ash, on a heat-safe surface clear of cloth and paper.
