About this service

In Vedic astrology, Mars placed in certain houses of the birth chart is called Manglik dosh, also Mangal or Kuja dosh. This puja is a shanti puja for Mangal Dev, performed by a local priest near Baba Basukinath Dham, a Shiva temple in Dumka district, Jharkhand.

The seller says up to four names go into the sankalp. Red flowers, red lentils (masoor) and jaggery with Mangal mantras are the traditional offerings it names. Materials and venue are confirmed with you.

How it is used

The seller says tradition places this puja on a Tuesday, Mangal's day, or on Angarak Chaturthi, a Chaturthi that falls on a Tuesday. Families also choose it before a wedding or during a Mangal dasha. The date is fixed with you on WhatsApp.
