About this piece
A turtle in solid brass with a polished gold tone finish. The seller says the shell is a mosaic of hand fitted mother of pearl, and that the head and limbs are engraved with detail.
The photos show a pale pearl shell on a golden body. In two photos the shell appears to lift off like a lid, though the seller does not describe this. The seller links the turtle with stability and long life in feng shui tradition. It suits a desk or shelf as a decorative figure.
How it is used
The seller says a turtle is traditionally placed in the north or east of a home or on a work desk. In feng shui the turtle is linked with stability. Use it as a table or shelf figure.
Looking after it
