About this piece
Two seated brass figures sold as a pair: Lakshmi with raised hands, and Ganesha with a curved trunk. Each sits on a round lotus-petal base, and the brass has darker detailing that picks out the jewellery and borders.
The listing gives 11.5 cm in height and 1.11 kg. One photo shows the pair on a dark table with a lamp and marigolds, which gives a sense of how they sit on a puja shelf.
How it is used
Lakshmi and Ganesha are worshipped together at Diwali in many homes, and pairs like this are placed on the puja shelf, often with a lamp and flowers in front.
Looking after it
- Dust with a soft dry cloth.
- Polish occasionally with a brass cleaner.
