About this piece
A small locket in antique-finish copper. One face carries the Shani yantra, a grid of numbers with a title above. The other face carries a deity figure. It hangs on an adjustable thread.
In Vedic astrology Shani, Saturn, is the planet linked with discipline, hard work and the results of past actions. The seller sells it as a yantra for worship, to be worn on the neck.
How it is used
Many people wear a yantra locket on the neck, or keep it on the altar and chant the matching graha mantra at their usual puja. The seller lists a mantra for it on the page.
Looking after it
- Wipe with a dry soft cloth.
- Take it off before bathing, as water darkens copper.
