About this piece
The Shree Yantra, also written Sri Yantra, is a diagram of interlocking triangles with lotus petals, set in a square frame. The seller sells it as a 3 x 3 inch plate, described on its page as etched on heavy brass.
The photos show a gold coloured plate with the triangle pattern at the centre and Devanagari lettering around the border. The seller names Lalita Tripurasundari as its presiding deity.
How it is used
The seller says it can go near the entrance of a home, office or shop, in a living room, study or reception, on a table or as a wall hanging. It says east, facing west, is best. A puja kit is listed as an option.
