About this piece
This set has a round, hammered copper pot of 5 litres with a tap, a lid, a gold-coloured stand and one copper glass. The seller gives the pot as 24.76 cm wide and 18.41 cm high, in a reddish copper finish.
The photos show the pot with the lid on and off, a close view of the tap, and the glass standing beside it. It suits a kitchen or bedside table where water is kept in copper and poured from the tap.
How it is used
Water is filled from the top and poured from the tap into the glass. Keeping drinking water in copper is an old custom in many Indian homes. Five litres of water adds about 5 kg, so set it on a firm, level surface.

- Wash by hand and dry well.
- Rinse the tap after use.
