About this piece
A small brass statue of Goddess Lakshmi, shown seated inside a round carved frame. The frame is worked with a conch, a chakra and a tilak mark, and has a flat oval base so it stands upright.
It is 10 cm (4 inch) tall, 11.5 cm wide and weighs 180 g, so it is easy to place on a shelf, a desk or a small altar. The finish is gold brass with darker lines in the carving.
How it is used
