About this piece
A brass Ram Darbar with Rama, Sita and Lakshmana standing together under a decorative arch on a shared base. Rama holds a bow and arrow. The first photo also shows a small kneeling figure at the side, which fits the usual Ram Darbar with Hanuman.
It is 18 cm (7 inch) tall and wide, 12.5 cm deep and weighs 1.27 kg. The figures are cast as one piece with the base and arch, so they are set up as shown in the photos.
How it is used
Ram Darbar images are kept in many homes, often on the main altar. The figures sit together with Rama at the centre, and the piece is usually placed on a clean shelf where it can be seen from the front.
