About this piece
A small brass oil burner with a pot-like top and a handle on one side. The photo shows a gold-coloured burner with an arched opening at the front, where a lamp sits, with a starburst pattern of dots around the flame, among white flowers.
The seller says there is an etched design on the back. It is 10 cm tall with a 9.5 cm wide base, and the opening for the lamp is 5.2 cm high and 4.5 cm long. The seller says it is for burning essential oil of your choice.
How it is used
An oil burner holds a small lamp or tea light underneath and a bowl above for water mixed with essential oil. Many homes use one in a puja room or living room. Check the seller page and the label of your oil for directions.
Looking after it
