About this piece
A small locket in antique-finish copper. One face carries the Kaal Sarp yantra, a grid of numbers with a title above. The other face carries a deity figure with a snake hood over its head. It hangs on an adjustable thread.
Kaal Sarp dosha is the name Vedic astrology gives to a birth chart where the planets sit between Rahu and Ketu. The seller says the yantra is for worship, and that puja on Nag Panchami is advised. The seller sells it as a yantra for worship, to be worn on the neck.
How it is used
Many people wear a yantra locket on the neck, or keep it on the altar and chant the matching graha mantra at their usual puja. The seller lists a mantra for it on the page.
Looking after it
- Wipe with a dry soft cloth.
- Take it off before bathing, as water darkens copper.
