About this piece
A full length yoga mat made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) with a different colour on each side: navy blue on one face and a lighter blue on the other. The seller gives the model as Llym115.
It is 180 cm long, 60 cm wide and 6 mm thick, which is thicker than many basic mats. The seller says the surface is textured and the mat is light enough to roll up and carry. It suits floor yoga, stretching and sitting practice at home.
How it is used
A mat like this is unrolled on a flat floor for yoga, stretching, Pilates or floor exercises. Many people also lay one down as a clean base for seated meditation, so the knees and ankles are not on a hard floor.
