About this piece
A blue foam yoga mat that comes with a strap for carrying. The title lists the material as EVA, and the specification line says foam. The mat is 180 cm long, 60 cm wide and 6 mm thick.
The seller says the surface is textured and the mat is easy to roll up. The photos show a plain blue mat with the cream strap wrapped around it. It suits floor yoga, stretching and sitting practice at home.
How it is used
The mat is unrolled on a flat floor for yoga, stretching or floor exercises, and the strap holds it rolled up for carrying. Many people also use a mat as a clean, cushioned base for sitting practice.
Looking after it
