About this piece
A golden iron urli from the Interior Perfection collection of the seller August Collectives. A round, hammered-finish bowl sits in the middle of a flower-shaped frame with eight small cups around it, each edged with clear, glass-like beads.
In the photos the centre holds red petals and the outer cups hold lit tea lights, set on a festival table next to a brass figure. The listing does not give a size.
How it is used
The centre bowl can take water with floating flowers or petals, and the outer cups can hold small lamps or tea lights. Many homes lay out an urli like this on a festival table, at an entrance or in front of the shrine.
Looking after it
- Keep dry when not in use, as iron can rust.
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
