In shortKumbha Moon is in the last phase of Sade Sati from 1 January to 3 June 2027, steps out when Saturn enters Mesha until 20 October, and returns to it after. Jupiter is in the 6th house in Karka from 25 January to 26 June.

Aquarius Moons are finishing a long Saturn cycle. For the first five months of 2027 Saturn sits in Meena, the second house from your Moon, which is the last phase of Sade Sati, the period many people associate with money, family and speech. If that cycle has felt long, 2027 shows the end of the road more clearly than any recent year, although the final dates stretch into 2028.

There is also a pause. Saturn moves into Mesha on 3 June, your third house, and for those months Sade Sati is not running at all. Meanwhile Jupiter is in your sixth house in Karka from 25 January to 26 June, which is the house of work, service and overcoming obstacles. A rashi reading follows the transits from your Moon sign only. Your full chart and your current dasha decide how it lands.

Saturn in 2027

The last phase of Sade Sati, with Saturn in the second house, is traditionally linked with family, savings, food and the way you speak. Many astrologers read it as a phase of settling accounts: paying down a loan, correcting a spending habit or repairing a strained family conversation. It tends to be milder than the first two phases, and for many people it brings a sense of relief as it nears the end. The effect still depends on your chart and dasha.

Sade Sati pauses when Saturn enters Mesha, the third house, at 5:28 am IST on 3 June. The third house covers courage, effort, skills and communication, and Saturn is well placed there, as it is in other upachaya houses. This is the time to launch a project that needs stamina. Saturn turns retrograde on 9 August and returns to Meena on 20 October at 7:12 am IST, when the last phase resumes. It turns direct on 24 December. Jupiter in 2027

Jupiter starts 2027 in Simha, the seventh house from your Moon, which is the house of marriage and partnerships. For 24 days it supports relationships. On 25 January at 1:31 am IST it enters Karka while retrograde and moves into the sixth house. Karka is Jupiter’s sign of exaltation, so this is a strong planet in a house about work routines, service, health habits, loans and rivals. Tradition says Jupiter does not always favour the sixth, but an exalted Jupiter there can protect you from the stress of competition and help with study of medicine, law or service professions. Jupiter turns direct on 13 April.

Back in Simha and your seventh house from 26 June at 5:18 am IST, Jupiter stays for five months, a very good time for marriage talks, business partnerships and public dealings. From 26 November it enters Kanya and your eighth house of research, inheritance and transformation, which suits deep study and tidying joint finances. See Jupiter in all houses.

Rahu and Ketu

Rahu in Makara sits in your twelfth house for the entire year. The twelfth covers expenses, sleep, foreign places, retreat and the subconscious. Rahu here is often read as drawing attention to foreign connections, online life and spending that is hard to track. Ketu in Karka in your sixth house is traditionally helpful, since the sixth is a house where a detached planet can reduce the power of rivals and routine worries. It may also bring a wish to simplify your work. The Rahu and Ketu transit guide gives the full 2026 to 2028 picture.

Career and money

Money is the main learning theme while Saturn is in the second house. Create a budget, review subscriptions, and build a small reserve. With Rahu in the twelfth, watch for hidden costs and agree prices before beginning work. Ketu in the sixth supports a quiet, focused work style, and Jupiter in the sixth until 26 June helps in service roles and jobs that involve training or healing.

From 3 June, with Saturn in the third, entrepreneurs and freelancers can push harder on their own projects. Mars passes through your ninth house from 24 August to 8 October, good for travel for work or a training opportunity. Mercury turns retrograde in your first house on 9 February, so be careful with first impressions and online messages. This is a reflective reading and not financial advice.

Family and relationships

Saturn in the second house touches family speech, and the kindest approach is plain and patient talk. Avoid sarcasm at family meals, and keep money discussions calm. When Saturn moves to the third house in June, siblings and close friends take a bigger role, and shared projects with them can be rewarding.

Jupiter in the seventh house from 26 June to 26 November is the brightest window for partnership: engagement, marriage or renewing a commitment all sit comfortably there. If you are single, social events and introductions from friends may help. Jupiter in the sixth house earlier in the year is better for working on the practical side of a relationship, such as chores and routines, than for romance.

Health and wellbeing

Rahu in the twelfth house can disturb sleep and screen habits, so a fixed bedtime and a phone-free hour are useful. Saturn in the second house is linked traditionally with diet, so regular meals are a sensible habit. Walk, stretch and take real breaks. Nothing here predicts illness. If you notice symptoms or have a long-term condition, please consult a doctor.

Practices that help

For Shani, pick one steady habit: a fixed wake-up time, an hour of service to elders, and a Saturday gift of food or a donation. The Hanuman Chalisa or a Shani mantra is a common Saturday practice. For Jupiter, set aside time for study, thank a teacher and give a small gift on Thursdays. Some astrologers suggest a gemstone after a complete chart reading; it is never needed to follow these practices.
