Ketu Mahadasha Mercury Antardasha: Meaning, Effects and Timing

The Ketu Mahadasha Mercury Antardasha is the ninth and final sub-period of the seven-year Ketu period, lasting about 11 months and 27 days. It follows Ketu-Saturn, and when it ends the 20-year Venus Mahadasha begins. People look it up because it is the closing chapter of Ketu and a doorway into a much longer, more worldly period.

Mercury is the planet of intellect, speech, trade, learning and dealing with details. After a long stretch in which Ketu has stripped things away and turned attention inwards, Mercury tends to bring the mind back into practical contact with the world, sorting what has been learned into something that can be used.
