About this piece
Ghritham is the Kerala name for ghrita, a medicated ghee used in Ayurveda. This one is made with brahmi by Kerala Ayurveda Limited of Aluva, Kerala, and comes in a 150 ml jar.
The seller lists it as vegetarian and for adults and children. The photos show a round jar with a green and cream label and a screw lid, from the front and from another side.
How it is used
The seller's page says to take 5 to 10 g (1 to 2 tsp) for adults and 3 to 5 g for children, about an hour before food, twice daily, followed by warm water. Follow the label or your practitioner's advice.
