About this piece
Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic formula of three fruits: amla, baheda and haritaki. Churna means a fine powder. This is Baidyanath's Triphala churna, sold as a pack of two 500 g jars, 1 kg in total.
The seller's photos show two green and yellow jars side by side. The pack label gives the ingredient list and directions, so read it before use. It suits a household that already uses Triphala and wants a larger quantity.
How it is used
Take it as the label directs, usually measured with a spoon and mixed in water. Follow the pack for amount and timing.
