About this piece
Organic India's Tulsi Original is a loose-leaf herbal tea made from three kinds of tulsi: Rama, Krishna and Vana. The seller lists them as Ocimum sanctum for the first two and Ocimum gratissimum for Vana.
It comes in a 100 g green tin with a gold lid, and the seller says it is certified organic and caffeine free. The photos show the front of the tin and its back panel.
How it is used
The seller says to put one heaped teaspoon in a cup (120 ml), pour boiling water over it, infuse for 3 to 5 minutes and strain. It is best without milk, says the seller, and can be served iced at double strength.
Looking after it
