About this piece
A round white marble plate with a hand painted scene of Radha and Krishna standing beside a cow, with a peacock in the foreground. A border in red, green and gold runs around the rim. It comes with a wooden stand so it can stand upright on a shelf.
The plate is 38 cm (15 inch) across and the piece weighs 2.16 kg with the stand. It suits a wall niche, a shelf or a table, as a picture rather than a figure.
How it is used
Radha Krishna pictures are kept in many homes, often on a prayer shelf or on a table in a hall. A plate like this is set upright on its stand and can be moved easily.
Looking after it
- Dust with a soft dry cloth.
