About this piece
A Gauri Shankar rudraksha from Nepal: two beads that grew naturally joined. The photos show the pair standing upright against a cream cloth, from the front, the side and the top. A fourth photo shows it in calipers, reading 33 mm.
The seller describes the Gauri Shankar as the union of Shiva and Shakti. This one is listed as 10 mukhi and carries the seller's code LIX. The seller picks the bead sent, so check the page for the exact piece.
How it is used
Rudraksha is worn on a cord or kept on a home altar. It is a natural pair of joined beads, worshipped as Shiva and Parvati together, and it is not in the Shiva Purana's list of faced beads. It has no planet in our rudraksha guide.
Looking after it
